Payments via payment system OPP

As Naturehouse, we use a payment platform to make payments secure and controlled for both guest and landlord. The platform we use is Online Payment Platform (OPP). Online Payment Platform is a payment platform specializing in platforms. Among other things, they are known as the payment provider of Paypal. As a payment platform, they are supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank and are obliged to comply with various laws and regulations. They can only process payments within the European Union. 

To get paid, we ask you to verify your account number. This page explains how to do this. When verifying your bank account number, we ask you whether you agree to OPP's terms and conditions.  Depending on what type of bank account number you have (private or business), you may have to provide additional information. For example, a copy of an extract from the Chamber of Commerce. Which data are required can be found here. If additional data are required, you will be notified accordingly. 

If you have an bank account number whose country is not a member of the European Union, such as Switzerland, we unfortunately cannot verify it. Of course, you can rent out through us, but unfortunately you cannot use the Online Payment Platform. You will have to arrange payments with the guests yourself. More information can be found here. 

After your bank account number is fully verified and you receive bookings, you will of course also receive the amounts paid into your bank account. In this overview, you can see when you get paid what.
