When will I receive my payments?

One payout on the day of arrival

You receive the full booking amount in one go, on your guest's day of arrival. We combine the down payment and remaining payment your guest makes into one payout. Our commission has already been deducted from the amount paid out.

The deposit is not part of this payout: it is settled after the stay and paid out afterwards. You can read more about this in How do I pay out the deposit?.

How the amount is calculated

How the down payment and remaining payment are calculated for your guest depends on when they book. Guests can book your nature house well in advance (more than 7 weeks before arrival) or at short notice (less than 7 weeks). This makes no difference to your payout: you always receive the full amount (excluding the deposit) on the day of arrival.

Tracking your payments

At the top of the landlord dashboard, select 'More' and then 'Payments'.

You'll now see an overview of your bookings and the related payments.

Please note: the amounts shown here are the net amounts you receive; our commission has already been deducted. The payout date is the date on which OPP releases the amount. When it then appears in your account depends on your bank.
