Can I verify a foreign bank account number?

We work together with the Online Payment Platform, they ensure that the amounts are transferred to your bank account number. An bank account number whose country is a member of the European Union can be verified. You can find out how to set up an account number here. If you have an bank account number whose country is not a member of the European Union, such as Switzerland, we unfortunately cannot verify it. You can still rent through us, but unfortunately you cannot use the Online Payment Platform. You need to arrange payments with the guests yourself.

After you have created an advertisement and it has been approved by us, you may contact us to indicate that you have a foreign bank account number. We will adjust this in our system.

When guests make a booking, you will get an email from us and you can response on that booking via your account. This page explains how to accept or reject a booking.

After accepting the booking, guests will receive a confirmation from us with the address of your accommodation and your contact details. You will also receive the guest's details so that you can contact them to arrange payment.
