What information is needed to verify my bank account number?
In order to receive payment, it is important that your bank account number is verified. We work with the Online Payment Platform and can only verify bank account numbers where the country is a member of the European Union. If you have an bank account number whose country is not a member of the European Union, we unfortunately cannot verify your bank account number. You can still then rent through us, but unfortunately you cannot use the Online Payment Platform. You will have to arrange the payments with the guests yourself. More information can be found here.

It is possible to set a private bank account number or a business bank account number.
Private bank account number
The details below are required to set up a private bank account number:
- First and last name
- IBAN of the bank account to which you wish to be paid
- Verification of your bank account by means of a 1 cent payment or a copy of your bank card (bothsides, IBAN and name clearly visible) or a copy of your bank statement (The IBAN, name and address details must be clearly stated. The statement must not be older than 3 months).
To be provided additionally on request of OPP:
- A copy of your identity card or confirmation of your identity via iDIN or Itsme
Business bank account number
The details below are required to set up a business account number:
- Chamber of Commerce number of the organisation that will be acting as the recipient of the funds
- IBAN of the business account of the organisation
- ID proof or online identification of the legal representative
- A completed UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) statement of the organisation

- Organisation chart with share ratio
- Registration from Chamber of Commerce
