What information is needed to verify my bank account number?

In order to receive payment, it is important that your bank account number is verified. We work with the Online Payment Platform and can only verify bank account numbers where the country is a member of the European Union. If you have an bank account number whose country is not a member of the European Union, we unfortunately cannot verify your bank account number. You can still then rent through us, but unfortunately you cannot use the Online Payment Platform. You will have to arrange the payments with the guests yourself. More information can be found here.

It is possible to set a private bank account number or a business bank account number.

Private bank account number

The details below are required to set up a private bank account number:

• First and last name
• IBAN of the bank account to which you wish to be paid
• Verification of your bank account by means of a 1 cent payment or a copy of your bank card (full IBAN, name and expire date must be clearly visible) or a copy of a bank statement (IBAN, name and at least 2 transactions must be clearly shown. The amounts may be masked off. The document must be fully visible, not a screenshot. It must be uploaded using a JPG or PDF file).
• A copy of your identity card or confirmation of your identity via iDIN or Itsme

Business bank account number

The details below are required to set up a business account number:

• Chamber of Commerce number of the organisation that will be acting as the recipient of the funds
• IBAN of the business account of the organisation
• Verification of your bank account by means of a 1 cent payment or a copy of your bank card (full IBAN, name and expire date must be clearly visible) or a copy of a bank statement (IBAN, name and at least 2 transactions must be clearly shown. The amounts may be masked off. The document must be fully visible, not a screenshot. It must be uploaded using a JPG or PDF file).
• ID proof or online identification of the legal representative
• A completed UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owners) statement of the organisation 

To be provided additionally on request of OPP:

• Organisation chart with share ratio (organigram). This should list all UBO's, with the following information for each UBO: - The percentage of shareholding, ownership and/or control; - The full name, date of birth and country of residence of the UBO.
• Registration from Chamber of Commerce
• Statutes statement of the company
• Register of Certificate Holders
