How do I fill in tax information for multiple people?

It is possible that your Nature house has several owners, which means you need to provide tax information for several people.

If you need to fill in tax information for several people, you can do so in the following way.

Login to your landlord account by clicking the menu icon at the top right, then click login.

At the top, click on 'More' and then 'Taxes'.

Please specify that you need to provide tax information for multiple people.

Then fill in the number of people being paid for renting and click next.

On the next page, you specify what the taxpayer's share is, what the percentage is. In the example, we have indicated that 2 people are taxpayers and they both have 50% share. When you have filled in the percentage, click on 'complete'.

You should then fill in the tax information for each person. Keep in mind that the information you fill in at Taxpayer 1 will appear on the commission invoice.

To fill in the details, click on 'open form'. For each person, you need to indicate whether that person rents as a company or a private person.

If you are renting as a company, you need to fill in the official address of the company in step 2.

If you rent as a private person, you will need to fill in your official residential address in step 2.

If you report from a country other than your main address, it is important to indicate this. To do so, tick the box 'I report my taxes in another country' and fill in the country in which you file your declaration under 'Country of issuance'. If this does not apply to you, do not tick the box.

At step 3, you need to fill in a few more details.
