More information on the Tax Identification Number
The Tax Identification Number is a personal number issued by the government of the country in which you live or are a taxpayer. The Tax Identification Number allows the Dutch Tax Authorities to identify taxpayers and therefore this number must be filled in for reporting in relation to DAC7.
If you are letting as a private individual, you need to enter your own Tax Identification Number. If you rent out as a company, you need to enter your company's Tax Identification Number. The following diagram explains the terms under which the Tax Identification Number is known per country and where to find it. When entering your Tax identification number, do you get the message that it is incorrect? If so, check it and enter the correct number. If you cannot find it here, we recommend you contact your tax advisor.
