How can I contact the guest after I have cancelled the booking?

When you approve a booking, you will receive the guest's contact details in the booking confirmation. If you have saved this booking confirmation before, you will be able to find the guest's contact details there. Didn't you save it? Then unfortunately you can no longer download this file because the guest's contact details will be protected after cancellation. Please contact us, so we can see what we can do for you.
