How can I contact the guest after I have cancelled the booking?

It is possible to contact the guest of the booking before rejecting the request. You can find the open booking in your landlord overview, under 'open bookings'. You can then click on the information sign next to the relevant booking.

Have you already cancelled the booking? If you have previously saved the booking confirmation, you can find the contact details of the guest there. Did you not save it? Then unfortunately you can no longer download this file because the guest's contact details are blocked after cancellation. Please contact us so that we can see what we can do for you.
