When will I receive contact details?

In order to ensure a secure platform, we do not communicate any contact details prior to a booking. After you have accepted a booking, you will receive all the details of the guest so that you can contact them by email or phone.

If you have not yet accepted the booking but first want to get in touch with the guest, you can! When guests have an account, you can already contact them. This is done via the chat on our website. This link explains how you can do this.
