How do I fill in prices for 2024?

Guests tend to book their holidays early for next year, so it's always good to have your pricing plan and calendar up to date so you don't miss out on any bookings. 

In the 'Pricing' section, you have set your base price. This is the price that applies for the whole year, unless you set a different price in the calendar. At the moment it is not possible to set a base price per year, so if the base price is different for next year, you will have to set it in the 'Configuration'. Three possible situations are explained below: 

• Have you been using one price that you entered as your base price the entire year and want to use it again next year? Then you don't have to do anything and you can automatically be booked at the right price. 
• Do you use one price that you have entered as your base price the whole year, but want to change it next year? Just enter the price for next year in the calendar. Under 'Configuration', enter a season from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 with the desired price setting. In this FAQ you can read step by step how to create a different price. 
• Do you use different seasons during the year? Then enter all the seasons for the following year in the calendar. You may have entered a base price for this year under 'Pricing'and created a different price for the other periods.
