How do the basic prices work?

To check or change your prices, you can follow the steps below:

1. Login to your landlord account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and then click on log in.

2. Go to 'more' and then to 'My naturehouses'

3.select 'update prices'

You can then see your base prices here. The prices you enter here are automatically set for the whole year and the years to come. If you want to use different prices for a certain period, the following FAQ explains how you can do that: How do I set different prices?

Fill out at 'price per night' the price you want to charge per night.

Below 'Prices for a longer stay' you can decide if you want to apply divergent prices for a weekend, long weekend, midweek or per week. If you leave this blank, then the price per night will be charged times the amount of nights for that specific period.

A weekend is from Friday till Sunday.

A long weekend is from Friday till Monday.

A midweek is from Monday till Friday.

A week is 7 nights.

Example 1: When guests book from Monday, February 1 to Tuesday, February 9, they book 8 nights. The rent is then calculated as 1 time the weekly price + 1 time the night price. 

Example 2: When guests book from Friday, February 5 to Tuesday, February 9, they book 4 nights. The rent is then calculated as 1 time the long weekend price + 1 time the night price.

Example 3: When guests book from Monday, February 1 to Monday, March 1, they book 4 weeks. The rent is then calculated as 4 times 1 week. Not as 28 separate nights.
