How can I accept a booking?

1. Login to your landlord account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and then click on log in.

2. Then click on 'bookings' at the area below.

3. You enter the dashboard and there you immediately see the pending booking.You can approve the booking by clicking on the check mark on the right side. If you want more information about this booking, you can click on the information icon.

4. Then click on 'Yes, accept booking'.

5. The booking is accepted, you and the guest will receive a confirmation by email.

It is important that you contact the guests after approval of the booking, so that you can agree together on the transfer of keys. See this page to find out more about our guests.
