What is possible with the integration with Smoobu?

Smoobu is a channel manager software that automatically connects all the booking platforms used for a vacation rental. This means that the booked periods are blocked in real-time on all other platforms. Smoobu can also be used for general management purposes, such as setting prices or the duration of stays.


This article explains what you can expect from the integration with Smoobu and highlights aspects that are currently not feasible.


Where can I see the bookings from nature house?


This is how a booking from nature house looks in the calendar. It has the nature house purple color, but there are no prices displayed because, unfortunately, we currently cannot synchronize the prices from Smoobu with nature house.


 


In the "Bookings" view, all bookings made through nature house are marked with the logo. If this is not the case and the booking is instead marked as "Website," it means that the Smoobu portal ID has not been correctly entered in your nature house listing. Here is an explanation of how you can correctly link Smoobu.


 


In the Cockpit as well, the bookings from nature house are shown in purple. This view also provides an overview of the booking shares for each platform.


Cancellation of Bookings

It is possible to cancel bookings on Smoobu, but the cancellation will not be automatically applied to nature house.



Please contact our customer service as you cannot cancel bookings in our system independently.

What is not possible with the integration?

As mentioned earlier, the prices set on Smoobu cannot be automatically implemented on nature house. However, you can manually set them on nature house, and you can find instructions on how to do it here.

This includes the duration of the stay and the check-in/check-out days, which cannot be transferred automatically but need to be entered manually.

 

Additionally, it is not possible to receive guest messages on Smoobu. If a guest wants to get in touch, they will do so through nature house.
