What is the commission calculated on?

The commission is calculated on the bare rent + extra costs, excluding tourist tax and deposit. The costs per consumption are also excluded. 

Calculation example: 

A guest books a nature house for € 250 rent. The guest has to pay the following extra costs: €50 final cleaning, €10 bed / bath and kitchen linen, €25 cancellation insurance, €8.50 tourist tax and €100 deposit.

The commission is then calculated over €310 (rent + final cleaning + bed/bath and kitchen linen). We do not charge a commission on the cancellation insurance, tourist tax and deposit.
