What about payout in case of a cancellation?

If a booking is cancelled by a guest and the guest owes a cancellation fee, we will retain the commission for services provided before making sure the remaining amount is paid to you. If the booking is cancelled, the payment will be made immediately. You will receive this payment a few working days after the cancellation.
