What is the cancellation policy for guests?

We apply the following cancellation policy for guests who have booked through Nature House:

- If canceled within 24 hours after booking, a guest is entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.

- If canceled up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the travel sum, plus the booking fee.

- In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the travel sum, plus the booking fee.

- In the event of cancellation from the 28th day until the first day of the stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the travel sum, plus the booking fee.

- In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum, plus the booking fee.
