Why do the payments go through Nature House?
At Nature House we find it important to make the booking process as easy and safe as possible for both guest and landlord. Research has shown that guests like to make their payment via our platform when they book a nature house. This is because they make a payment to a larger organization which leads to more trust. Many guests also indicated that they find it confusing to have to pay to a different party than where they had made the booking.
This method of payment also has many advantages for landlords. For example, landlords run less financial risk, they have less financial administration and the chance of cancellations is smaller.
