How do I reject a booking?

If rescheduling the booking is not possible, and rejecting the booking is unfortunately the only option, you can read how this works below.

1. Login to your landlord account by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner and then click on log in.

2. You enter the dashboard and there you immediately see the outstanding booking. 

3. You can reject the booking by clicking on the cross in the middle. If you want more information about this booking, you can click on the information sign.

4. You are also asked to give a reason why you should reject the booking. Click a reason and click 'refuse booking'.

5. You can also use the cross on the dashboard to reject it. The booking has been rejected, you and the guest will receive a confirmation by email.
