What is the commission rate?

Placement on our website is free of charge. Do you receive a booking via Nature house? Then we ask a fee of 12% (incl. VAT) commission on the total rental sum (minus city tax, cancellation insurance and security deposit). We charge commission for making bookings, maintaining our platform, arranging payments, etc. 

If you have a company abroad (other then The Netherlands) and you have a valid VAT number, you can apply for VAT exemption on the commission fees. The commission rate will then be 9.92%.
