What is the commission rate?

Listing on our website is free of charge. If you receive a booking via Nature house, we charge a commission of 12%* (excl. VAT) on the total rental amount (minus tourist tax, cancellation insurance and security deposit). We charge commission to cover the costs of processing bookings, maintaining our platform, handling payments, etc.

If you have a business abroad and have a valid VAT number for it, you can apply for VAT exemption on the commission charges.

* For bookings made up to 1 July 2026, a commission rate of 9.92% (excl. VAT) still applies.
