Are guests able to write a review?
When guests have stayed in your nature house, they have the opportunity to leave a review. One day after departure we will send the guest an email about this. If the guest has not yet left a review, we will send them a reminder e-mail one week later. Of course, a guest is not obliged to leave a review. If the guest chooses to do so, then we will check this review before it is mentioned in your advertisement. The review has to comply with our content guidelines.
Would you like to give a reaction to a review? That is certainly possible! You can email your reaction, to email@example.com. It is important that your reaction has a maximum of three lines. After sending the information to us, we will place your reaction under the review of the guest.
