What is the deadline and what happens if I do nothing?

The deadline is 20 May 2026. If you have not entered a valid registration number in your landlord account before that date while you are required to register, we are obliged to take your listing(s) offline. You will then no longer be able to offer your accommodation via Natuurhuisje for as long as the registration number is missing.

Can I still receive bookings if my listing is taken offline?

No. Once your listing is offline, it will not be visible to guests and no new bookings can be made. Existing bookings can still take place.
