How does the payment process via Nature House work?

Nature House determines the correct amount of tourist tax based on the property's location, classification, length of stay, and the number of guests. This amount is charged directly to the guest at the time of booking. The funds are collected and held by Nature House. Every six months, Nature House files a tax return in France and pays the accumulated tourist tax to the respective French municipalities. The host does not need to take any action during this process.
