Can I cancel a booking via the app?

We are sorry to hear that you need to cancel your booking. Is there no other option to proceed with the booking, such as moving it to another period?

If this is not possible and cancellation is the only option, then as the landlord you must ensure that the guest receives a full refund of the total booking costs. If the payment is still in our account, we can refund it, minus the costs we incurred for the advertisement and payment (commission). You will then need to refund this amount to the guest yourself. If we no longer have the payment in our account and you have already received the payment from us, you will need to transfer it back to the guest, including the costs we have deducted for the advertisement and payment (commission).

Unfortunately, we do not have access to account numbers. You will need to request this information from the guest.

Unfortunately, you can't cancel bookings yourself within your account. To do so, please contact our Support department.
