Where can I find my messages?

When you are logged into your account, go to ‘Messages’ at the bottom. Here you will see an overview of all messages.

Open messages are highlighted in light blue. You can reply to a message by clicking on it, typing your response, and then sending it.

If guests have already made a booking, the message will automatically be linked to that booking. 

If you would like to archive a message, you can do so by opening the message, clicking on the three dots in the top right corner, and then selecting ‘Archive message’.
