How do I decline a booking request?

Once you are logged into the app with your landlord account, click on ‘Bookings’ at the bottom left.

You will then be directed to the ‘Action required’ page, where you will see the pending booking(s).

Then click on the booking request, and at the bottom you can decline the booking request. To do this, you will need to select one of the four provided reasons.
