My nature house has been sold, what now?

Congratulations on selling your nature house!

If you have sold your nature house and need to stop the rental, please contact us on +31 (0)85 888 333 7 or at info@nature.house.

Our Support department can then take the advertisement offline. Together, we can look at whether there are any ongoing bookings and if these can continue or not.

If there are still bookings planned for in the future, we can remove the advertisement when the last guests have left your nature house. In the meantime, we can make your house invisible on our website.

Does the new owner want to continue renting on our website? We are very happy to do so! The new owner can register on our website.

The new owner doesn't need to create a new advertisement.  With your agreement, we can transfer the advertisement to the new owner's new account. 

If there are still ongoing bookings, unfortunately these cannot be transferred as well. They will still be under your account, and you will receive payments of these bookings. You can arrange this with the new owner.
