Guidelines: How to write your Nature House advertisement
The tips below will help you to write your Nature House advertisement. They comprise tips on what to include and what to take care of. We hope that this makes the process of writing a house ad easier for you and will help you to make the advertisement more appealing to our mutual guests.

In this section, we tell you based on our experience what guests like to read about and what style is appreciated.
- Write in an inspiring and natural way to inspire (potential) customers. Tell them what you love about your nature house, what makes it special, what they can experience/discover during their stay (nice view, special facilities like a hot tub, etc.).
- Do not forget to mention the names of national parks / nature spots close by in the “Nature and surroundings” box. Because our guests are nature lovers and this will therefore be one of the highlights during their trip.
- Indicate the size of the living space in m2 (if possible, a picture of the floor plan makes guests happy).
- Indications of distances to highlights in the area in km would be appreciated by guests.
- Did you realize that you got certain questions/concerns already asked a couple of times by guests in the past? Then it might be a good idea to add that information already in your house ad. Then you already take doubt away beforehand.
- To make Google happy, it would be good to use several times relevant word combinations (keywords) in the text:
→ Holiday home / nature house in city / province / region / country (use the city name several times)
→ You can combine this with themes like in the forest, at the water, in the mountains, at the sea, etc., e.g. my holiday home / nature house in the forest in Gelderland.
Note: Keep in mind that if you copy text from your website or another website, it will be of bad influence for both yours and our websites. Google sees it as duplicates and therefore both websites would be less likely to be shown in Google.
For high-quality translations of your ad
Of course, you can add your own translations for other languages, which is highly appreciated. However, if you do not add translation, we automatically translate your description with the translation tools Google or Deepl. To assure high-quality automatic translations, you can apply the following points.
- Short sentences (max. 15 words).
- Keep in mind that if you use colloquial language, the translation tool in most cases is not able to translate it properly. Therefore, for translations it is better to avoid this.
- Full sentences (with noun and verb) with correct grammar and coherent use of tenses are easier for the translation tool to translate. e.g. instead of “the kitchen is complete” say “the kitchen is completely facilitated.”
- In case key points or listing are used, the commata need to be placed well behind each word.
- Make spaces after . or ,
- For new made-up words, place a - in between, e.g. camping-farm.
- Do not mix languages.
- Please keep in mind that the translation tool cannot translate words on which a ‘ to highlight words is added, e.g. Dé. So better to avoid this.
