Some tips to get you started!

We understand that changes can always take some getting used to, so we have listed which additional costs have been adjusted and how you can now enter this correctly for your nature cottage:

Pet

From now on, pet costs can only be entered with the payment time 'Mandatory at booking'. This way, the correct price is automatically applied if guests choose to book one or more pets. If guests do not book a pet, no costs will be charged. 

Electricity, gas and water

From now on, these costs can only be entered according to consumption as 'Mandatory to pay after stay'. Would you rather charge per person, per night or per stay? Then choose 'Energy costs'.

Airco

This extra cost has been removed and can therefore no longer be entered under 'Extra costs'. If air conditioning is included as standard, you can add it to the facilities. If you want to charge for it, you can do this through the electricity or energy costs, for example. If you use a fixed price for this, it is best to add it to your rental price and not charge for it separately. Guests will then know in advance that you can offer this.

Canoe 

This extra cost has been removed and can no longer be added to your charges. If guests can rent a canoe from you, you can always mention this in your description. Guests are then informed in advance that you can offer this.

Additional person 

At rates you can enter different prices for the number of persons, more information can be found here.

Swimming pool

This has been removed and can no longer be entered under extra costs. If use of the swimming pool is included, you can add it to the facilities. If you want to charge for it, you can do this through the electricity or energy costs, for example. If you have a fixed price for this, it is best to add it to your rental price and no longer charge separate costs for it, so guests know in advance that you can offer it.

Luxury check-in comfort 

If you have set this extra charge, it is automatically replaced by 'Luxury Check-in Wellness', so you don't have to take any action.

Firewood 

If you have set this extra charge, it is automatically replaced by 'Wood', no action is required.

Breakfast service

When you have set this extra charge, it is automatically replaced by 'Breakfast', no need for you to do anything about it.

Bed linen + towels

As there were several possibilities to set the linen, we have chosen to keep three options: Bed linen, Bath linen and Kitchen linen. Did you have 'Bed linen + towels' set as inclusive? Then we have automatically replaced it for 'Bed linen' and 'Bath linen' inclusive. Did you set up 'Bed linen + towels' and do you charge for it? Then you need to remove this charge and replace it with two separate charges: 'Bed linen' and 'Towels'. 

Linen

As there were several options for setting the linen, we have chosen to keep three options: 'Bed linen', 'Bath linen' and 'Kitchen linen'. If you had Linen set, you need to remove it in the new setup. You can replace it for the separate extra costs 'Bed linen', 'Bath linen' and/or 'Kitchen linen'.
