It is an extra facility that you offer your guests when booking your nature house. If you add this facility you indicate that it is possible for guests to experience a contactless stay. This means that they do not have to come into physical contact with anyone and do not have to share rooms, but also that the key can be found in an appointed place or that breakfast is served without you seeing each other.

This option is mentioned in the facilities of the house on the website. It is not the case that if you offer this at your nature house that guests should always use it, you only show that this is a possibility. After booking, this can be arranged with the guest.

Why are we doing this?
We like to bring people closer to nature, but of course in a safe way. The possibility to experience a non-contact stay may mean that people will be able to get away from it for a while, taking into account the measures that are still in place.
