Cancellation policy: what am I entitled to as a landlord?

Initially we advise to contact the guest in order to move the booking to a later time. If this is really not possible, then unfortunately the booking has to be canceled.

As a landlord you will receive the cancellation costs minus our commission and booking costs. So for example with a cancellation of 90% cancellation costs you will receive 90% of the travel sum, minus our commission and booking costs. Below you can see our cancellation policy for guests with the associated percentage that you receive from the travel sum as soon as they cancel at that time.

 - If canceled within 24 hours, there are no costs.

- In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 30% of the travel sum, plus the booking costs.

- In case of cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of your stay, the cancellation costs are 60% of the travel sum, plus the booking costs.

- In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation costs are 90% of the travel sum, plus the booking costs.

- In case of cancellation on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation costs are 100% of the travel sum, plus the booking costs.
